DIRECTIONS
- Thoroughly clean and dry the top of your hand before use. Peel the pad off the plastic backing slowly and press firmly onto the top of hand area, securing all sides.
- For best results, wear the pad for 2-12 consecutive hours. We recommend everyday use for best results.
- To clean your pad, rinse quickly with water as needed and air dry adhesive side up. Do not blot.
- Keep the plastic backing for reuse.
- It is very important not to use any other products under the pad.
